Ingredients:

  • ½ cup of Basmati rice
  • 2-liter milk
  • 2 cup white Sugar
  • 3 grind cardamom
  • ¼ cup crushed coconut
  • ¼ cup almond

Preparation:

  • Soak the rice in water for 2-3 hours. After that, rub the rice gently with your hands.
  • Boil the milk in a big pot.
  • Strain the rice and add it into milk.
  • Stir the spoon slowly.
  • Must take care; the flame is low.
  • When the mixture got thick, then adds the sugar and cooks it on low flame.
  • Add crushed coconut, and when the sugar water is dry, take it off.
  • Garnish with the almond and take it in the freezer.

Note: always prepare your kheer on low flame and use milk than water.
