Ingredient:

  • 2 lbs boneless breast chicken
  • 2 spoon Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 3 celery stalks (ajwain stem)
  • 1/3 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard
  • 6 slices of oranges (peeled)

Ingredient:

  • Preheat the oven 420 ºF to 450 ºF
  • Marinate the boneless chicken with oil and the required spices.
  • Roast the chicken for a limited time ( 20 to 30) minutes (make sure the internal temperatures is 165 ºF)
  • So cool down the chicken and cut it into strips.
  • Mix the grind/chopped celery (ajwain), Mayonnaise, salt, pepper, Mustard, and chicken slices gently.
  • Now add the peeled /slice orange.

Note:

Salt and pepper take it double quantity half for marinating and a half for the mixture.
