Halal white sauce recipe:

  • 1 Cup of Mayonnaise with only egg yolk
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tablespoon zeera (ground caraway)
  • ¼ tablespoon shajar ul samaq (ground sumac)
  • ¼ table spoon grind sabz alaichi (ground cardamom)
  • Add a pinch of Haldi (turmeric)
  • Add black pepper according to your taste

Preparation:

  • Take the Mayonnaise in a bowl. Add water and lemon juice. Beat or whipped the mixture until creamy and free of lump
  • Now add grind zeera,shajar ul samaq,alaichi, and haldi to the mixture. Mix it well.
  • Now add some black pepper according to their taste and requirement.
  • Now you can store it in your refrigerator and enjoy the Halal white sauce.

Note: if you want to thick the mixture, you can add xanthan gum and whipped the mixture until it turns into the thickest mixture.
